In one place, citizens can have access to a wide range of public and private services, from social security to tax services, electricity or water suppliers’ companies and Citizens Card emission services. In this visit to one of the Citizen Shops, participants will be able to see in loco how the shops work and put in practice a citizen-oriented model based on integration and interoperability between different public entities.
