The “Bold Digital Government - Leading through Disruption” Conference, took place in Tokyo, Japan 11th - 14th of September, 2017. This year’s conference examined how government CIOs and eGovernment leaders can translate and embrace latest technologies within their digital strategy, infrastructure and services.
Over 40 participants from 23 countries took part in the webinar themed “Delivering an Improved Citizen Experience through User-Driven Design Approaches.”
It was a great and fruitful opportunity for exchange of views and practices.

Chairpersons from fourteen different countries have inspired, led and managed ICA for various durations since its inception.
