ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE using this on-line booking form through the Conference Secretariat no later than 26th September 2008. Participants will receive confirmation of their registration.

Reservation conditions
Please note the following conditions concerning Conference registration

To secure the special Conference rate all reservations must be made through the Conference Secretariat. You must confirm your participation and your hotel reservation by completing the attached on-line reservation form to the Secretariat not later than 26th September 2008.

Delegates must be from ICA Member Countries and need the prior approval of their National Representative before registering for conference, A listing of ICA National Representatives can be found on the Officers Page.

An ICA Information and Registration Desk will be open from 12 noon Monday, 20th October.

Accompanied Persons Programme. A comprehensive programme of visits to places of local interest and social events, including the Gala Dinner, has been arranged for any persons accompanying delegates to the conference. A fixed sum of US$150 is payable for all Accompanied Persons. The Registration Desk staff will collect this on arrival at the hotel. There are no reductions for non-attendance at any event.
(Exchange Rate: approximately 1000Korean Won = US$1)

Conference Delegates should take particular note of the following:

  1. All presentational material is to be sent to the Chair of the Conference Session and the Conference Secretariat reservations42@ica-it.org by 19th September 2008. By the same date, a copy of what the presenter wants to appear in the final Conference Proceedings should by sent to the ICA Editor at ica@globalnet.co.uk.
  2. ICA bears no legal liability for Conference participants; National Representatives and guests should have their own Health / Insurance protection.
  3. The Board has agreed to a random placement of National Representatives (rather than alphabetic) in Plenary so as to encourage mixing and networking.
  4. A special Conference rate of 202,000won (US$200) for a room (double or single), including breakfast has been agreed with the Grand Hyatt Hotel. To take advantage of these rates ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE by use of the on-line booking form no later than 26th September 2008. All reservations will be acknowledged.
